What does this phrase mean? How does the bitter doing?

I got it as an offline from this screenname who I have no clue who it is...they arent on my buddy list, so im clueless..and they leave me with that message

I guess it has to do with people that can't let go..that they aren't even as friendly as they can be. Either they are planning to do something so stupid or they're in so much pain and agony that they are ill.
