What does this phrase mean "hola, te echo de menos ... cuando vamos a colgar de nuevo"?

Edit: You just don´t understand it, because "colgar" is wrongly used. It should be "salir" as "hola, te hecho de menos....cuando vamos a salir de nuevo"

Colgar is not used correctly in this sentence, it really doesn't make sence. But when it is translated to English, it does make sense :]
