    Untrue. But bad.

    It's basically saying that you can't look to things as good or evil...

    it's a school of thought that says there is no good or evil because like morals the definition is subjective. What you believe is good and what I believe is good will be very different things. Same for evil.

    The last portion is saying that rather than recognize the difference between independence struggles and extremists we label it all terrorism. Which is partially true yet we do have extremists [conservatives, bible pushers, liberals] who we do not see as terrorists. instead we call them our leaders.
