  1. It means that the freedom of speech is only as valid as the ability or willingness of other to hear and contemplate what is said.

    In other words if I stood up and explained the meaning of life to a group of people who did not speak that did not speak the same language as me is my freedom to speak or what I had to say important?

    Good Luck

  2. means;

      The right to talk, is freedom.if given to u its freedom,and you'll feel free to talk to your heart's desire.But its not an end in itself ,its only the beginning .

      Something that makes this right imp is that wether people listen to you or not.If you are not restricted to talk that means you can go and start talking to any one in a public place .No matter you know them or not.But not everyone will listen and therefore we never fell FREE to do such a stupid thing but at one's own home there is a real freedom of expression and that makes one feel at home.
