  1. Could you tell us specifically what you don't understand? Like, say, if it's a word thing or an interpretation thing?


  2. Hmmm...... It means that if you want someone to do something, you need to tempt and direct them in a manipulative way. That's how I understood it, but I may be wrong.

    P.S. Great book choice, it's one of my favourites.
