  1. i think it means, gogin against the hardest thing for u, or anyone, be the hardest thign you;ll ever face..and it will make you a better person, by doing this


  2. because of pressure. obviously if youre competing at a low level, you dont have to exert yourself too much to succeed. but when you must compete at a higher leve, youre forced to go above and beyond. some will break, some will not. it really is a true test of character.

  3. If you compete at the highest level you challenge yourself. If you don't you get by easily and don't try hard or strive to improve yourself
