i think it means, gogin against the hardest thing for u, or anyone, be the hardest thign you;ll ever face..and it will make you a better person, by doing this

because of pressure. obviously if youre competing at a low level, you dont have to exert yourself too much to succeed. but when you must compete at a higher leve, youre forced to go above and beyond. some will break, some will not. it really is a true test of character.
