The eye of man hath not heard, the ear of man hath not seen, man’s hand is not able to taste, his tongue to conceive, nor his heart to report, what my dream was.

  1. It means that no one is able to understand Bottom's dream. By saying that the eye has not heard, it is saying that it is physically impossible to conceive. As it is physically impossible for an eye to hear.

  2. it means that no one person is able to comprehend or understand his dream.... Becuase an eye is not able to hear, an ear is not able to see, a hand is not able to taste, ect...
