This is a quote from Oprah Winfrey...

"If you come to fame not knowing who you are, it will define who you are."

I'm not sure what this means. What do you think?

  1. It you become famous without knowing yourself, your values, morals, YOURSELF in every way, Hollywood will make you someone they want you to be, not necessarily the person you are. So basically know yourself and be true to yourself before you become famous, so that you wont become someone  who Hollywood wants you to be.

  2. I would say she means if you become famous .... and you are not really your own person... you do not have your own personality and values for yourself... people in the hollywood business will make up their own version of who they want you to be.... just think about people like britney spears ... ect... they painted this pop star image of her and she was so young and nieve at the time she could not take up for herself....because she was so young and really did not know who she was and she paid for it when she became an adult.

  3. I think she means that when you became famous that that wasn't your primary goal and you were focusing on something else or you weren't sure what you wanted to do in life but when you are famous and that happens you will be a better person or you'll figure out your goals. Idk, did that make sense? lol
