  2. jealousy makes us feel like little things are actually bigger and better then what they are when someone else has them........trifles are unimportant things...and magnifying makes thing appear larger........so hope that is what you are looking for

  3. I think it means that you're making a big deal out of nothing because you're so consumed with jealously. It blinds you. And then you begin to imagine all sorts of situations in your head that just aren't true. And as these imaginary thoughts float through your mind, eventually you're going to convince yourself that they're true, even if they aren't. You're making a mountain out of a mole hole.
