  1. The human brain is a necessary unit. Through the brain, consciences are realized.  This quote describes one of the most complex, reason.  For example: if someone told you to obey the principal of a school or the president you most likely would without a lot of complaining, because they are higher than you.  If someone asked you to obey a first grader or a high school student, you would invariably protest.  The social classes that society is divided into are expressed in this quote as separate entities that have absolute bearing on one's obedience to that social class.

    Through the brain's conclusion, being forced to obey a higher social class seems right and forcing someone to do such is logical.  And since the brain's logic, it all works out.


  2. It means the only way this person would do something contrary to his or her conscience is by being forced to do so.
