It means that you can pretend the problems dont exist by refusing to look at them but in your heart you know that they are causing a problem and if its upsetting you you wont be able to not think about it becasue you cant shut off you feelings.

And yes i do agree with this because often what hurts the most is what is emotionally upsetting and its not your eyes which see this and suffer from this its your heart and feelings.

by closing your eyes, you can stop seeing things but when it comes to matters of the heart, feelings cannot be ignored because they will always be there. They don't go away.

yes i agree totally. it means u can close ur eyes so u can't see stuff. but u can't turn off ur heart when it comes 2 not wanting to feel somethin.
