It also is not true - at least if dogma refers to true Christian dogma.  Dogma is the true teaching about God and the world received from God Himself.  Karma is a man made philosophy which doesn't always hold true.  In fact the psalmists often bemoan the fact that there is little justice in this world and that evil men often prosper.

Karma is basically the notion that what goes around comes around.  It's part of an eastern religious philosophy.

Dogma refers, usually, to western religious beliefs.

It's a play on the words, saying that Karma is superior to any of the beliefs in western relgions like Christianity.

I think it's "My karma ran over your dogma".

It's a jocular saying used by people in the pagan (or buddhist, or hindu) religious sector to thumb their noses at Christianity.

Karma being a concept in those beleifs, and dogma being the catch all term used by most people for "Annoying religious rules" of christians.  From "My car ran over your dog".  Get it?

Good deeds, kindness, compassion, etc. are worth more than religious rules and traditions.
