What does this spell mean?

I got this in my email from another Y!A user but he/she doesn't allow email back to them (seems strange, doesn't it?). What kind of spell do you think it is? What should I expect? I haven't noticed anything weird happening since I got it and frankly I'm rather disappointed :)

I don't think it is a "spell,"   but they are certainly nasty, manipulative thoughts.   People who think like that are scary, whether or not they have any paranormal powers.

nothing happened because its not a real spell just some one yanking your chain. real 'spells' and the like can't be transmitted through email or letter. maybe phone but I have never heard of that working either. There is way more that goes into a spell then just alot of fancy words and phrases. sorry I know its kinda dissapointing.
