I found this and need to know what this patch represents. What is it's meaning? Who would wear it? This is very important so only serious answers please.

I might know tho, since I took a course in a random class I joined on symbols and their meanings......totally pointless class until like...right now.

That's better, thanks. It looks like either a symbol for a gang I've never heard of (the skull isn't usually a sign of friendship, and gold teeth are a point of pride on the street), or an unusually agressive local of the Dentists union. Probably the former.
