I know it some kind of n**i symbol what I want to Know is what exactly it meant to them

It is an eagle, it is a symbol for power.  I don't know if what they added to it means anything but the eagle is a symbol for power.

It's an eagle which has been used for centuries, ever since the Roman period, if not before.

It's the n**i Coat of Arms, or some other German coat of arms.
