Theres this guy i dated about a year ago he hurt me pretty badly(long story) but he recently said sorry for it he wrote me said he has changed he knew he messed up and really wanted to be friends( he wrote alot more than that). I never really got over him!!! Hes been dating this girl for about a month and half. He started dating her 2wks after he wrote me. He says(ive heard) hes in love with her. I dont talk to him cause whats the point?? I really cant be his friend. I sent him a text not from my phone but my friends phone saying that i love him and that i hope his happy. Ofcourse he had no idea who it was cause he didnt know the number. He kept calling and texting asking who it is. But my friend never answers. It was just something that i needed to do. Atleast he knows someone loves him and wishes him the best. Was this wrong of me??

u have to be very smart and use ur head not ur heart in this situation girl

its obvious that u will have a lot of regrets over this guy if you dont talk to him atleast once

i suggest you just talk to him and hang out..but not romantically and see hows he been. if he looks like he really has changed and is not all over you and being an actual gentleman than try another outing

and after 2-3 dates if hes not asking for s*x than it looks like he has changed. and maybe you should give him another shot but if he just wants to have s*x again than hes a perv and he just wants to use u

kay normally i would advise to ditch him but honestly u dont wanna be carrying around that regret if "ugh should i have gaven him a chance? what would have happened if this .. or i wish i had done that"

just live life..you only got 1 anyways so party it up ..but do it carefully...dont wear your heart on your sleeve

you sound like a very nice loving person.  but it isn't really that likely that he has changed.  people are different and i don't know what she has that you don't, but don't compare yourself to her.  you sound great and he sounds like a douche.  it is probably that he met a girl who can better give him a taste of his own medicine, meanwhile you are too nice and all loving.
