Does anyone know kind of food this lizard eats? I think it's a juvenile Coast Horned Lizard. Please don't give me guesses.

I see these types of lizards on the animal planet and they typically live in an desert environment, so food is scarce they eat ants and small insects, and they don't need much water since they have adapted to their condition, but any small bugs will do the trick.
