  1. It's a reference to a very long time, based on the Lord's Prayer in the Bible books of Matthew and Luke.  The request is for the Kingdom of God to come to earth as it is in heaven (i.e. the Judgment day).

The time line for this to happen is usually believed to be a long way off.  Such a long way into the future that it's believed unlikely that one would live long enough to see that day.

So if you are saying that something will take an extraordinarily long time, you say "I know I'm going to have to stand in line till kingdom come to get those tickets."

  2. sorry, don't know.................................!

  3. It originates from Christianity. It means until Christ comes to earth again.  Or until resurrection day when God judges the earth. Different people take it different ways.

  4. It means that we are waiting for the day of Jesus Christs' return to take all of those faithful to Him. It originated in Israel, and can be found in the book of Matthew, a Gospel in the Bible, chapter 6 I do believe. It is part of the model prayer, when Jesus taught the disciples, and in effect us, how to pray correctly.

  5. The end of time: You can complain till kingdom come, but it won't help.

[From the phrase thy kingdom come in the Lord's Prayer.]

  6. Until one day that your dreams come true.

  7. Download a miles munro sermon... this is His main point.

It means untill God comes to establish an earthly rule. Kingdom is the DOMinion of the King.
