What does tu mira mean?

It is featured in a piece of art produced by danny sangra. The piece of art is on a t-shirt and produced by levi's. I dont know if its spanish or what, just wondering if anyone knew.

If it means  Hey, you look as a command, it should be tú, mira!

you look or  you watch or you see, in spanish language we say  mira la casa like you look the home or you see the home or you watch the home, like you see it´s the similar.

Tu mira isn't grammatically accurate, but it means you look..

If it's meant to be you look - tú miras, this is talking to a friend, or someone you know etc, for someone you don't know, or a command, to say to someone, look!! it would either be the infinitive - mirar, or mira as is written here.
