  1. It means "Long live the United States!"

    additional note -- no, there is no "long" in that sentence but that is why I didn't use a translation site -- you have to know what they are trying to say, to know what it means.  And this is pretty much what that statement means, when translated into English, even though "long" isn't literally in the translation.  If you were saying "Live in The United states", the statement would read "Viva EN los Estados Unidos", and I don't see an "EN" in the question the person asked.  

    I took Spanish up to AP Spanish and use it in daily life too.
