well, I know that in volleyball you volley the ball over the net back and forth between the teams until somebody messes up. I guess that is why they call it volleyball, because the aim of the game is to volley back and forth!

Volleyball stands for many things. But most of all you can do anything with it. You can play it as a competitive sport when you are younger, its all about working with a team.

When you get older volleyball is fun too, you can play on league's. You can play indoor and beach leagues and it is always a ton of fun to just have fun with it.

Indurance, athleticism, teamwork, dedication..... the possibilities are endless.
