South Indian food is gaining more popularity (idlis, vadas, dosa...).

But there are lots of other regional cuisines & dishes that are virtually unknown here in the US.  Good example are momos --- they are Indian potsickers & they are absolutely delicious!  Most people probably didnt even know that India had there own version of potstickers!!

the people do not socialize well in America..

the few seem to prefer the mini-marts or liquor stores and gas stations.. because the states EEO  (equal employment opportunity) grants ..Not a available to Whites.

Most of the other RACES have joined in America's culture...

Yet still reserve their rejections to really sharing their culture..
