What does white creamy discharge mean?

I know I sound rather stupid, but I was wondering, I am sexually active rather often, I always use protection when I have s*x, but randomly my discharge is milky white. It has never really happened to me before. Is it from me being sexually excited and it takes a while to come out? Or anything else? Oh, and it isn't an STD, we were both virgins, and we only have slept with each other. Ever.

I just want to know others opinions. Some people tell me I am pregnant,because it is a sign of early pregnancy and some say it is just normal, and some even say it is a yeast infection.[it can't be though, considering I am not itching, and it doesn't burn when I pee.] and just extra info, i do feel nauseous, but that is probably because of the medication I take, but I don't know.

Help?:/

Oh and I take Adderall XR for ADHD, and an antidepressant.

I used to even run to the doctor because of that same thing, but I wasn't sexually active...he would just say OH DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, IT'S NATURAL; I never liked that answer but that's what I was told.  Turns out years later in life I learned it is female ***(?)  Wearing tight-fitting panties can make it happen.  All the things you were told are true, for some ppl.  It still happens to me depending on my thoughts & clothes, etc.  Don't go to a regular, family Doctor (unless it's a female) w/ ??? about this; go see a GYNO to get the best answers about things between our legs.

  (My dad had custody of me, and my mom stayed wasted on beer.....)so it took a long time for me to learn!)

white discarge is normal..its normally either white or clear..if its some other colour then thats when you need to worry!
