What does wireless university provides? Like, internet everywhere? What else?

Internet is the big thing.  Also, many universities provide you with software to install that lets you access their resources, such as shared files, personal files, and webspace on their servers -- all the things you would get if you used their computer lab.

In some smaller colleges/universities (particularly community colleges) it's only internet though.

If you're a student there, ask the helpdesk what's available via wireless.  If you're considering going there, ask the admissions what services students get via campus wireless - it's a valid question and if they don't know they should be able to get you in touch with the helpdesk to find out.
