My son has six teeth and becoming more adventuous in eating. He loves feeding himself but I am not sure what he should be eating in a day and how much formula he should have. He weighs 18 lbs and has severe reflux if this helps.

  1. Emma has the following

Breakfast: Yogurt, oatmeal, boxed cereal, eggs, gravy and biscuit, fruit, cottage cheese, or a combo.

Lunch: Usually a large serving of mashed veggies and some apple slices or some other fruit.

Sometimes an afternoon snack like cheerios, rice cake, etc.

Supper: Whatever we have...lasanga, green beans, corn on the cob, potatoes, beef, chicken, whatever.

She drinks two bottles a day, one before her morning nap and one before bedtime.  She also has a sippy of juice/water.
