What does your average diet, on a day to day, weekly, monthly pace consist of?

  1. Mine is around 7000 calories.

    It varies day to day, but normally around 4 tuna sandwiches, maybe 7 or 8 servings of vegetables around 5 servings of fruit, 2 protein shakes, a huge dinner, like steak and all that, and for breakfast its 2 bowls of rolled oats, 4 pieces of toast and maybe a banana.

    I eat some chocolate when i feel like it too,

    and i still don't put on any fat.


  2. I eat out. Subway is very frequent in my diet.

    My parents alwasy go out or chinese and Vietnamese food which isnt that great. eh...

    In the morning/afternoon, its leftovers from the restaurants.

    I eat lots of fish. I love meat also. lol
