What does your child call his blankie?? I want a cute name to call my sons.

He just got attached to a blankie, I asked a Q about it yesterday. We have decided to let him keep it for now,,, but whats a cute name for it?

let him come up with a nick name himself if he just wants to call it a blankie then just let him call him that. what ever he is comfortable with

My son named his lovey Yaya.

I have four boys two of which had a "lovie" type item.  The middle son, now 17, had a blanket named Woobie.  My fourth son, a twin, almost 4, has a stuffed animal of sorts, a small blanket type thing with an attached bear head, named Mimi.

My son couldn't say blankey so he started to refer to it as "key."  Now he calls it his Ki-ki.  Quite cute.

You should not encourage your child to call his blanket something that he did not create himself.  Ask him what it is and let it happen on its own, that's how these "cute names" got started in the first place.

My daughter calls her blankie "rainbow blankie" because it is rainbow colored.  Every other blanket is a blanket, but there is only one blankie in her eye!  She came up with the name all by herself.
