Nothing, seriously!  I signed up when dd was born and we never saw anythign in the mail so I thought they lost the card or something.  I signed up again when she was two and still nothing.  She's four now.  Don't bother.  I imagine that is why I get their catalog in the mail with occassional coupons but that's it.
