What does your kids call his/her private parts?

I laugh everytime I hear the different names young children give their private parts. What are some of the names you heard, or what does your kids call them?

My daughter calls hers "kitty kat", and my sons used to call theirs "pe pe"

It's always been p***s and v****a for my kids. We never went into all the other details, testicles, labia etc.  Just kept it simple.

A couple other of parents have already said this, and I agree.  We have always just taught our children to call it what it is.  My daughters have always said v****a, bottom, and b*****s.  My son says p***s and bottom.

I have never cared for the cute euphemisms that some parents insist on using.  You don't give nicknames to other body parts, so why the genitalia?  

Yes I know you should teach your children about 'private parts' but giving them nicknames can make the child feel like that part of their body is 'bad'.

my daughter calls hers her "body".... i dont know where she got it from. i dont know what our little boy will call his...something crazy that my husband teaches him im guessing...lol

and a girls "a no no"

we also taught him its not ok for anyone to say let me see you wee wee or touch him

OK I see allot of great responses to this question  as well as some that aren't appropriate for kids under age 8 to know unless your going to give them the "s*x" talk early. My girls call  their privates "potty places"  and they don't know anything about what daddy has except he goes to the bathroom differently and haven't asked any more then that. And I hope not to talk about it til they are more curious. I don't want them using the proper terms inappropriately. Which I hate to say I see allot of from the other kids in our neighborhood and in her school. We have also taught our girls that when playing with friends it is never ok to show another kid their potty places. That is for going potty, or to be looked at by mommie or daddie with a doctor present to find out why it hurts or what is wrong. Only when married is it ok to show their potty places to someone other then listed above. So yea they have mini weddings to try but so far thankfully no nude shows..lol

As for their  breast area we call them Boops, mommie has adult boops and you girls have little girl boops  and it works. They tease daddie though saying he has training boops and needs a training sling.. but they do know what a bra is.

Twig n berries..lol it is from some movie thats pg-13, my nephews used it all the time if my girls got to rough when they would play with the boys. Which would happen allot..lol and still does now that the boys are grown up.

My son calls it his teedle and once when he asked what girls had, I told him a pooty (b/c that's what my mom always called it when I was little)

I taught my daughter the correct term but at the same time I (my opinion) don't think it's appropriate for my daughter to say v****a so she calls it her box and her chest well her nipples she calls her buttons i don't know where she got that from but I have taught her no one is to touch or see her privates and that she is to scream and yell get off me you pervert if someone does and run until she finds daddy or mommy or someone she knows.

My son is 10 mths so he doesn't have a name yet but I call it his blinka blinka

My son call his "noodle" and who knows what my daughter will say (she is only 10 months).  My nieces call theirs "twitchet".

My kids do use the proper terms but one day my son and husband were playing catch in the living room and my husband threw the ball and it bounced in front of him and hit him in the p***s (not hard for him to cry or get hurt badly). Well, he fell to the ground and said, " Oh you got me in the twig and berries!" I have never laughed so hard. Never heard of that term. I still have no clue where he got it from..I suspect daddy or brother in law :)

I would answer that with, why not call it a p***s and v****a? I mean, your kids shouldn't be taught to be ashamed of their body parts and have to make up cutesy little names for them. Call it what it is, teach them not to be afraid of their bodies.

I think kids should learn the REAL terms for private parts.

Wow, I think "no no" is probably the WORST nickname for a private part!

"p***s" and "v****a" are not bad words, why not teach your kids that?  Your kids are going to be the ones giggling in s*x ed and not listening.  just FYI!

I have taught my daughter the proper terms from get go. My dad thinks she is too young for this but I do not believe in nicknames for body parts to make others feel comfortable. There are names for each part and we wouldnt tell them the elbow is a bow bow would we.

My daughter is 3 1/2 and she tells me Mommy girls have gina's and boys have peanuts! LOL I correct her and she repeats it but most of the time thats how it come!!
