  1. what do you mean "vary from 28 days to what"?

if you have a 28 day cycle then your period will come every 28 days

i personally have a 30 day cycle meaning my period comes every 30 days

i really hate when people ask question that sound like they aren't finished and make no sense at all and don't include any helpful details *hint hint*

  2. I think normal range is considered from 28 days- 31. Mine is often 38. I think problems are more associated with women who have very short cycles, and therefore bleed more regularly which will marginally increase their risk from iron deficiency anaemia. Talk to your GP if your concerned.

  3. Heya,

Mines regular ( i get it every 28 days now) before i could get it anywhere from 28-45 days. Irregularity is normal if your worried may i suggest having a word with a trusted female relative or your mom in order for your mind to be put to rest.

    Hope i helped
