I have a 1-yr-old. I know every baby is different. I am just curious if he eats what other infants his age eat. Thanks.

  2. I have a 17 month old.

    Breakfast: Approx 8:30am

    Bottle of Milk 8 ox\z.

Oatmeal or waffle or scrambled egg with ketchup

    Snack:  Approx 12:00pm after nap.

Cut up pieces of fruit or goldfish crackers or cheesestick or yogurt tube

Juice and water throughout the day

    Lunch:  Approx 1:30 pm

Mac and cheese or Chicken nuggets cut up in pieces sometimes veggies

we also use v8fusion juice when she refuses to eat veggies, but I know she needs some for fiber too

    Snack: Approx 4pm

    Similar to snacks listed before

    Dinner:  Approx 6:30pm

Some of whatever we are eating, or cut up chicken, hamburger, fish sticks, etc.

    Another 8oz. bottle of milk

It's not perfect, it will never be.  Don't be too hard on yourself.  My daughter really couldn't chew solids until about 14 months so don't rush it.  They all get teeth at different times.  She still goes through spurts of eating/not eating, but is healthy and happy overall!  Hope this helps!

  3. My daughter is 15 months old, and she goes to a daycare center while I'm at work. Here's her typical day:

8:15 - Snack - usually cereal and milk, or yogurt, with some kind of fruit.

9:30 - Snack, fruit (canteloupe, strawberries, bananas, cut up grapes, etc)

11:00 - Lunch. The daycare provides hot lunch - typical meals are mac and cheese, sloppy joes, quesadillas, spaghetti, with one fruit and one vegetable side dish.

2:30 - Snack. Usually a string cheese stick and some goldfish crackers, pretzels, or graham crackers.

4:15 - Snack. Usually a fruit or vegetable snack.

6:00 - Dinner. She eats whatever my husband and I eat, unless it is a food we are intentionally avoiding such as shellfish (high risk allergen in my family) or hamburgers (too hard for her to chew). If we're making her a separate meal, it's usually instant mac and cheese, and she eats about half of it, plus whatever steamed veggies we have as a side.

8:00 - Bedtime. She still drinks a 9-oz bottle of formula before bed. We're trying to wean her off the bottles, but we're in no great hurry.

    Hope this helps!

  4. After 4 children, we cut up cooked veggies like green beans and carrots into very small pieces.  They love it.  Some of the Gerber or Beech Nut natural foods are good as well.

  5. Still at that age the primary food should be breastmilk.

  6. My 1 year old eats whatever i eat..Uh breakfast lunch snack dinner, snack...

  7. My toddler eats justabout anything we do, minus the spicy stuff.  She loves meatballs, toast, graham crackers.  The only thing we found that she doesn't like is cantelope.  I feed her Breakfast, lunch  and dinner with mommy and daddy..We give her a sippy of milk with meals.  She feeds herself. Makes a terrible mess but boy is she improving.  She gets a snack in between breakfast and lunch as well as between lunch and dinner.  She gets a sippy of juice with each snack. She gets a snack about 30 minutes before bedtime with a sippy full of milk.

    3 meals (meat,veggie/fruit and milk

3 snack (applessauce, crackers, ect....with juice.

According ot Gerber, you should aim for 5 servings of veggies a day.  Chekc out the link it gives sample meal plans  and lots more...
