I'm not sure. It's a weird, uncommon, Greek name, but this guy told me the first part of it means God. The first part of my last name is 'Theo". I don't know if that really means God.

Ballet in Italian,but it also appears from ancestry.com that the name might have originated from Greece. Which doesn't surprise me at all because all Italians came from Greece, Italy was once a part of the Greek empire.

According to several Latin online dictionaries, it can either mean "ash" or "spark".  Just add "the" for the La in the beginning of my last name.
