What does your training consist of?

How many reps and sets of pushups, pullups and crunches do you do etc.

  1. 3x 20 push-ups

    3x 40 crunches

    3x 30 dips

    and 8 km running to warm up


  2. this depends on the workout that I am doing sometimes as much as 100 per set and sometimes as little 5 per set. go to crossfit.com for some good ideas for workouts. here is one that you should try...

    5 pull-ups

    10 push-ups

    15 air squats

    do as many rounds of this as you can in 20 minutes
