What does zhen de zhen hen ai ni in chinese mean?

I have a chinese friend who speaks mandarian and cantonese and we communicate through e-mail. She sent me this message and I cannot figure out what it says or means. Thanks for all your quick help in my question.

Looks like she thinks you are special. Masden is right. It means "I really, really love you".
