You use USD (U.S. Dollar) to GBP (Great Britain Pound) and you find out that one US Dollar is worth fifty three cents in pounds today.  It's really quite sad, don't expect it to go up much any time soon.

  9. British pounds.  The pound is the currency in Great Britain.  It is now currently 2x more than the dollar.  Stay away from the pound.  Shipping is also a ******.

Also, if you pay with US dollars, say with a credit card, the CC company will charge a currency exchange fee, usually 2-3% of the dollar amount.

At this writing, a US dollar is equal to about 0.54 British pounds.

More importantly for you, however, is that you be able to convert it into American dollars.  The most reliable currency exchange calculator I have found on the web is www.xe.com, which indicates that 3.99GPB is the equivalent of 7.44589 USD.

    Good luck with your bidding!
