  1. テメェ means " you" in English. but it is an impolite way to say.

Japanese has many impolite ways to say "you".

    For example, キサマkisama、オマエomae、コノヤロウkonoyarou,

When you are angry, you can use these words when you talk to the person who you are angry at.

But usually woman don't use these words.

English has only one word "you" ( Is there other words for describing "you" in English"?)

So, it is difficult to translate it into English.

  2. It's a very rude way of saying "you" or "hey you".

There are dozens of ways of saying you - or I for that matter - in Japanese, depending on who you are and your relationship with whom you're taking to.  Your phrase roughly translates to something like *you b*****d".

  3. it kinda means " you b*****d"  or "you f'er"... maybe not quite that strong though...  it's an intense way of saying you.  Like I just shot your friend and you say "  YOU...( fill in with expletive)  I am going to get you" although not in so many words...
