  1. Pretty much every brand of dog food will make a food that is smaller bites. Purina has it as well. I feed Natural Balance and they do make a small bites food.  You can always soften the food for him to make it easier for him to eat with some warm water or low sodium chicken broth

  2. science diet has small pieces..and its really good for your dog.

  3. There are tons really. Science Diet makes a small bites. Pedigree has small breed bites. Blue (sold at PetSmart) is a fantastic food that is small bites. I would also suggest adding a little water to his food about half hr to hr before feeding him. It softens the food...just make sure he eats it all in one sitting or it will go bad. You can also mix in a little can food to help.

  4. puppy chow

  5. If you're wanting small kibble that is both high quality (unlike most of the foods mentioned so far) and reasonably priced, look into Canidae.

    Canidae website:

    Where to buy:

Reviews of the foods (based on ingredients)

    .

  6. ~ First of all anything you buy at the grocery store is just garbage.

You need to look for quality food.

Solid Gold has wee bits. EVO has small bits for little dogs.  Orijen adult is all small kibble, Innova has small kibble.  Most of the quality foods will be smaller size kibble.  Avoid the grocery store and Science Diet is a huge no no.

Foods to avoid: Pedigree, Beneful, Purina, Iams, Nutro, Alpo, Ol Roy, Mighty Dog, Ceser, Eukanuba, Science Diet, Purina, Royal Canin, Eagle Pack (not to be confused with Eagle Pack Holistic) and of course all grocery store brands of dog food!

Quality dog foods: Innova, California Natural, EVO, Karma, Wellness, Wellness Core, Orijen, Canidae, Merricks, Artemis, Taste of the Wild, Nature's Variety, Solid Gold, Go!, Now!, Timberwolf, Avoderm, Blue Buffalo, Natural Balance etc.

  7. WARNING dont use can food it causes plaque  you can just buy any kind of dog food and put some in the blender it works for my ddog whos old

  8. eagle pack holistic checken and rice has small pieces

  9. Purina does have small bites food. They are called little bites. You may also want to try and feed him some soft food. You can also mix some water or gravy into the dry food so it becomes softer for him. If you do choose to give him soft food make sure you look at the list of foods that were recalled last year for killing animals.

    The recall includes:

    Sophisticat and Sophisticat Supreme

    Authority

    Award

    Great Choice

    Iams

    Eukanuba

    Nutro

    Science Diet

    Mighty Dog Pouches

    Mixables

The brands have the code dates of 6339 through 7073 followed by the plant code 4197.
