What dog is this, any guesses?

we are unsure what our dog is. bought as bullmastiff but is clearly some kind of cross. any guesses would be appreciated

He does have the Mastiff jowls, I think he looks part Rottweiler as well.

Definitely a mastiff, look for specifics in this breed that allow a brindle coat
