I wasn't aware that the U.S. Supreme Court was a bunch of Liberals, especially now with Roberts and Alito on the bench.  

This is a really sticky situation with Guantanamo, and people made the wrong assumptions and the wrong decisions early on in planning this.  And now it's come full circle.  If we knew that everyone at Guantanamo was guilty of crimes against the U.S., then it would be easier to charge them.  But we don't since a lot of them weren't even captured by us, but rather handed over to us by warlords in which we paid a bounty.  You can do lots of things with these people.  What you can't do though, is throw them into a camp, lock the door, and throw away the key.

Hallelujah! Some one else sees the errors of the ways of the Liberal Supreme Court.

But, it is not just the terrorists they gave our rights to, but more than 13,000,000 (13 MILLION) ILLEGALS (NOT COUNTING PREVIOUS ILLEGALS).

Basically, the Liberals don't understand anything about the Constitution; it does not authorize MURDER (abortions, euthanasia); it does not authorize "separation of church and state"; it guarantees our rights, but they have almost all been taken away from us. Criminals have more rights; to give our rights to terrorists is a crime.

Because Hugo Chaves and Fidel Castro don't approve of it! Who are we - you and me? We are just Americans. Its only the French and Germans and the Canadians who se opinions are worth considering.

This is preciesly where the notion of 'take no prisoners' comes from.

We imprisoned people.  They deserve a trial.  I don't care which country they're from or what they did.  It's called being civilized.
