I'm waiting for a item and on the USPS status page it says Status: Processed

your item was processed and left our SPOKANE, WA facility on August 17, 2008.

  1. Honestly, the last three times I've used the USPS Priority Mail online tracking system.. It would say the package hadn't even been in transit - yet the next day it would show up on my doorstep!

USPS Priority Mail typically will have things to you in three-five days or less. The fact that it says it left the Spokane, WA facility on August 17th I'm comfortable with saying you'll be seeing it sometime between the 20th-22nd.

Regardless, don't depend too heavily on the USPS tracking - call whomever shipped the package and confirm that it's actually been shipped. And if it was shipped Priority as you made it appear it has - then it'll be there soon.

  2. exactly what it says.

It came into their Spokane facility, was basically checked in and out......then shipped out. It's on it's way .

  3. It means that is entered into the tracking system.  Really a redundant statement since you could not look up the information if it had not been processed.

  4. It means the package was sorted according to destination (zip code) and the Delivery Confirmation was scanned at the hub.
