To become an esthetician, you need to go to a beauty school (a search engine/list is at http://www.beautyschoolsdirectory.com/ ), take their courses, and get several hundred hours of experience under your belt.

The hardest part is learning all about anatomy, skin disorders, and some chemistry.  That sort of thing isn't super-easy, but if you're a hard worker, I'm sure you could do it.

One thing I have to mention: they say that there's a bigger demand for massage therapists than estheticians, and getting that sort of education is about the same.  Maybe you should consider looking into that as well, just in case you like it.
