What download manager should i use for Firefox 3?

I have a windows xp computer and i need to know witch download manager i should get for firefox 3 please help me.

Firefox has its own download manager.

any add on download managers do not really speed up downloading Because

your upload and download speeds are set by your bandwidth

EG 56kbps modem downloads @ 4.5 to 5 kbps it cannot go any faster no matter what you use

1500kbps downloads @ 149 to 156 kbps and cannot go faster

All download programs do is con you into thinking it does by showing you downloads from numerous sites its downloading from

you can only get so much water through a 1 inch pipe its the same with the bandwidth you have so much and no more

Well I use Free Download manager and as the name suggests its free.

It is very good and usually gives me at least 4 times better speed than the normal browser downloads.

It can even download video's from youtube.

It also integrates well with IE firefox opera etc.
