What dress should i where to my cousins wedding?

Need more info.  Is it outdoors/indoors, church/beach, day time/evening, lunch/dinner, formal/casual, etc?  A good 'inbetween' choice that should be suitable (unless the wedding is super formal or really casual) is something like these...

Remember - no white (or any shades of off-white!)  If you wear black then try and add some colour (it's not so taboo these days to wear black but some people still see it as a mourning colour and it is easy just to add some coloured sash or something to the outfit so you don't upset anyone!)

If it is in a church keep in mind that knees and shoulders should be covered.  And keep in mind the weather - if it is likely that it is going to get cool then bring a nice bolero jacket or stole/shawl.

ok a little more info would help...like: what time is the wedding, is it indoors or outdoors, what does the invitation say (casual, formal, etc), what is your body type, what's the weather like....

a sun dress would be cute. stay away from all black, white or red dresses. bad connotations with those colors. tell ur cousin that she's pretty and have a good time.
