A bottle of champagne (which of course they laugh at!) so I then ask for a double vodka and Red Bull.

Generally speaking something in a bottle, a becks or maybe an alco pop like a wkd or maybe reef or something. it's easy and quick. Plus people say bottles are harder to spike, not sure I entirely believe this but willing to go with the flow.
