Amontillado - A pale, dry sherry from Spain.  

CADIZ

Ingredients:

1 oz. Amontillado

1 oz. Blackberry Liqueur

2 tsp. Triple sec

2 tsp. Heavy Cream

Preparation:

Combine with ice and shake well.

Strain and add ice.

VALENCIA MARTINI

Ingredients

3 oz. Gin - (more)

1 oz. Amontillado Sherry - (more)

Instructions

Stir with cracked ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

ARMADA MARTINI

Ingredients

3 oz. Vodka - (more)

1 oz. Amontillado Sherry - (more)

Instructions

Stir over cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

THE DUKE OF MARLBOROUGH

Ingredients

2 oz. Amontillado Sherry - (more)

2 oz. Campari (Or any Italian sweet vermouth) - (more)

1/2 Lime (Juice of, fresh) - (more)

Raspberry Syrup - (more)

Instructions

Fill shaker with cubed ice. Add sherry, vermouth, lime and raspberry syrup, and shake well. Pour immediately into 4-6 oz chilled cocktail glass.
