What drink would go best with an Indian Curry? Pudding, What flavor Ben And Jerry's Ice cream?

I am holding a dinner for my Parents Anniversary, what drink would go best with an Indian curry? Also what flavor Ben And Jerry's Ice Cream For Pudding?

I want this to be perfect, so if you have any other ideas please tell me!

1) This greatly depends on the heat of the curry that you are serving, if you are going for a lot of heat, then I would provide (in addition to a wine chose to compliment the dish), a milk based drink served ice cold. Indian versions of this would be a lassi. Here is a recipe for a fruit one:

2 cups whole milk yogurt

1 cup ice water

1 cup cold milk

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

2 mangoes, peeled, cut from pit and cubed or 5 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

toasted sliced almonds, for serving

Blend all ingredients together, and strain and chill before serving.

You are serving a store bought ice cream for a pudding? Well if I must suggest a ben and jerry's flavour, I would go for phish food every time. Although if this is a special dinner I might advise that you make something from scratch. Just a thought though.
