  1. its bullshit that u have to consume legal drugs inside a coffee shop or smart shop. You can go outside and smoke while cops are walking near you. They dont do anything.

  2. I can't tell you what is illegal, but i can tell you what IS legal. They sell marijuana and magic mushrooms there. Also- pretty sure you need to be inside a coffee shop to consume.

  3. they are all illegal but weed gets overlooked if you stay in a coffee shop to smoke it

  4. Regardless of the rumors and lies - no drugs are actually legal.

Unless you count coffee, sugar and alcohol, that is.

Weed / Hash is STILL ILLEGAL (really, hippie) but if you stick to certain guidelines, it is not a problem.

    General guidelines :

    - no more than 5 grams in your possession, and only for private use.

    - no causing trouble when you have used it.

If you are inexperienced , use less rather than more. And don`t combine with alcohol.

Now maybe you can answer a question I have : Why do people keep on asking drugs questions? And why do some people keep claiming they know better than people who are actually living here in The Netherlands?

Weed etc. is NOT legal - and there are no plans to make it so.

  5. the only thing that is "legal" is weed and mushrooms. you can do it pretty much anywhere.

  6. You can buy marijuana and hash. However magic mushrooms will no longer be sold after this summer.

  7. Actually, none of the street drugs are legal.

Pot, hash, magic mushrooms are all "tolerated" and they do sell them in the "coffeeshops" (it won't get you arrested or anything!)

The hard drugs are definitely illegal. Cocaine, heroin, acid, ectasy.... all very much against the law.

  8. All drugs are illegal.

Soft drugs like weed are tolerated in small portions. It's called "gedoogbeleid", check it on wikipedia.
