You can get pregnant ANYTIME you have s*x, and at one week, you aren't even pregnant yet...it takes 2 weeks for implantation to happen...

Pregnancy is very unlikely to result from s*x during your period, but it's not impossible.

And if you are already pregnant, you can't 'prevent' the pregancy, because it's already happened.  If you are pregnant and don't want to be, consider your options and make your choice. (Abortion, adoption,  have the baby and raise it.)
