What easy chicken recipe?

What is a simple chicken recipe that I, an 16 year old male can make? I can cook somewhat well, but i'm no chef. I have thawing chicken at the moment, so i can make a marinade. I would like to make something lots garlic. I don't really have a lot of "fresh" ingredients but i have lots of powders and dried spices.

  1. SOy sauce (about a half cup)

    few tablesppons of sugar

    black pepper

    garlic

    drizzle of oil

    mix and marinate....yummy


  2. there is one and its sooo good you just marinate it in garlic and olive oil for a little while and then grill it

    there is also a pasta that goes with it really well you jusst make the sauce with is 1/3 cup of olive oil and sprinkle some red crushed peppers in it and then 4-5 cloves of garlic thats chopped you then simmer the sauce until the garlic in golden and poor in over the spaghetti and stir it up yummm

  3. Marinades are a good idea but if you have salt, pepper, season salt and very little garlic. Mix all in a bowl and coat chicken and throw in oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.. If it's boneless skinless. If not you can always use flour and egg and oil to make fried chicken.. Or go get a Chicken fried rice package from store. Bake the chicken and then cut in pieces and mix in with the rice.. Delicious!!!

  4. 2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste

    1 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon paprika

    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup milk

    1 egg

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin

    1 cup oil for frying, or as needed

    In a shallow dish, mix together the garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs and flour. In a separate dish, whisk together the milk and egg.

    Heat the oil in an electric skillet set to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dip the chicken into the egg and milk, then dredge in the dry ingredients until evenly coated.

    Fry chicken in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from the oil with a slotted spatula, and serve.

    DIRECTIONS

       1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    2 cups cubed cooked chicken

    1 small onion, chopped

    1/4 cup chopped green pepper

    1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper

    1 cup (4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese, divided

    1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

    12 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained



      





    DIRECTIONS

    In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese; mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat.



    Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and cheese is melted.




  7. Well I wish I knew if it were chicken b*****s or chicken on the bone... However one really easy way is to marinade it in italian dressing if you have it... another is to cover it in mustard or honeymustard and some dill weed and your garlic cover the pan with foil before you bake it...it will taste better... Now also ...hmmm fresh igarlc is always better...if you only have powder I would use some olive oil and garlic with some parsley.  you could actually use a ziploc, put a lil flower, garlic powder and parsley in it and shake up the chicken...coat it with some oil before baking in the oven  ...     3 MINUTE CHICKEN BREAST

    half boneless chicken breast

    salt & pepper to taste

    1 tomato (optional)

    A quick meal for 1 person.

    Simply put the seasoned chicken breast on a microwaveable plate. Cover and put into the microwave on high setting and cook for 1 and a half minutes.

    Turn the chicken breast over, cut the tomato in half and place seeds up on the plate with the chicken breast, and cook for a further 2 minutes.

    The chicken will come out tender, juicy, and very tasty. The tomato adds moisture to the dish.

    Serve with potatoes, pasta, french fries, salad, or whatever you prefer.

    Serves 1.

    1. CLASSIC GARLIC LOVERS CHICKEN

    6 chicken breast halves

    garlic powder

    salt and pepper, to taste

    Italian seasoning

    olive oil

    Clean chicken and cut off fat. Poke holes in chicken using a fork about 4-5 times on both sides, not real big holes just the size of the fork spokes. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Sprinkle chicken liberally with garlic powder. (You can use a little or a lot - depending on how you like it). Lightly sprinkle both sides with Italian seasoning.

    Place in a heated skillet, with olive oil.

    Cook over medium heat. Cover skillet, periodically turning chicken over.

    Chicken will be done in about 20 minutes. Check inside of chicken to make sure it is no longer pink.

    Serve with buttered noodles and corn. A great dish for those garlic lovers!

    2..GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN BREAST

    2 tablespoons grated lemon rind (fresh)

    4-5 cloves garlic, crushed

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

    2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika

    4 boneless, skinless chicken b*****s

    olive oil

    salt, pepper, garlic powder (for sprinkling)

    4 sprigs Italian parsley

    4 onion slices (sliced in thick rings)

    heavy duty aluminum foil

    Cut 4 rectangles of heavy duty aluminum foil, each about the size of 1/2 a standard cookie sheet.

    Combine first 5 ingredients (this can optionally be done in a blender).

    Spray (or brush) the 4 large rectangles of aluminum foil with olive oil. Place chicken in center; brush with lemon/garlic mixture, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lightly dust with garlic powder.

    Place a slice of onion and a sprig of parsley over each. Fold up aluminum into a loose, square packet and crimp edges tightly to seal well. Place in a shallow baking dish or on the grill.

    Bake at 350°F for about 50-60 minutes (this depends on the size of each chicken piece).

    4 Servings.

    3. ROTISSERIE GARLIC CHICKEN

    1 chicken (3 lbs average)

    1 tsp salt

    10 cloves garlic, peeled

    2 tablespoons butter, melted

    2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika

    2 teaspoons salt

    Sprinkle the inside of a 3 lb chicken with 1 teaspoon salt. Peel the cloves of garlic. Place whole garlic cloves inside chicken and truss with skewers, tying legs together with cotton kitchen string. Fold wings under.

    Melt butter and stir in fresh lemon juice, paprika and 2 teaspoons salt. Brush chicken with butter mixture.

    Place chicken on rotisserie with a pan positioned underneath to catch the drippings. Turn on rotisserie and roast chicken, basting often with butter mixture. Cook for 1 hour or until skin is glazed and crispy and juices run clear.

    4.HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

    1/2 cup liquid honey

    1/4 cup lemon juice

    1/4 cup water

    3 tbsp ketchup

    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp garlic salt

    1 tsp ground ginger

    Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Place 3 lbs chicken wings separated into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour sauce over wings. Marinate for 2 hrs.

    Bake at 400 F for 1 hour, turning once.

    101 GARLIC CHICKEN

    10 whole chicken b*****s, split, boned & skinned

    Salt & pepper

    2 c. champagne

    101 unpeeled cloves fresh garlic

    Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 12 x 16 inch or 18 inches. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour champagne over. Place garlic cloves around and between chicken pieces. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken to large serving platter and place garlic around chicken.

    Makes 20 servings.
