What economy seats have the most room in a boeing 777 the exit door seats or the beginning of economy section?

Actually when it comes to the 777, the best seats are in the front, exit seats, and (Believe me, Im a frequent traveler) the seats at the very back of the plane. Of all three, I prefer the back the most because on some planes, you get twice the legroom for the same price but between exit seats and the front, I'd have to give it to the exit seats because... well obviously, they have more legroom. Besides, when I check in for my flight, the exit seats are always taken.
